Ultrasil 75 - 25L

Acid cleaner for membrane filtration plants. Ultrasil 75 is a liquid, strongly acidic product based on phosphoric and nitric acids. Ultrasil 75 is only suitable for use in apparatus and pipes of stainless steel using acid proof pumps.

 

After a pre-rinse with water, Ultrasil 75 is used in an alternating process with an alkaline cleaning agent.

 

Concentration : 0.2 - 1.0% Temperature : 30º to 50ºC (depending on material of membrane)

 

After cleaning, all treated surfaces should be rinsed residue-free with water.

 

NOTE: - Membrane cleaning products should always be used within the temperature and pH guidelines from the membrane manufacturer.
