Cleaning: Sodium Percarbonate (Oxyper)

Mixture of Hydrogen Peroxide & Sodium Carbonate (both approved for food applications) for cleaning, sterilising, and deodorising barrels, tanks, presses, & vats.

Dissolves rapidly, is odour free & wont taint. Degrades naturally to sodium carbonate, oxygen, & water.

Directions: Spray a hot 7g/L solution inside wooden casks to remove solid residues (e.g. tartrates). Rinse with clean warm water.
