Dominos

Oak dominos are recommended for use during the fermentation of white wines, at the end of malolactic fermentation for red wines, or during aging of any wine.

Their use is designed to give complexity and wood influence during aging. They typically show a slow extraction and good integration of oak character.

Packed in mesh bags of 10kg (1 mesh bag = 2,91 m2).
