Located in the heart of Cognac, Tonnellerie Leroi is known for obtaining the finest certified French oak from sustainable and traceable sources to create its full range of standard and specialty wine and spirits barrels. Barrels being imported include 225L
Bordeaux Export, 228L Burgundy Export/Traditional, and 300L Hogsheads.

Part of the distinctly high quality of Leroi barrels is due to the climate in Cognac, which allows the wood to mature slowly, enhancing the flavors in the oak. Leroi is staffed by skilled coopers that make each barrel by hand to strict quality standards. In an ongoing effort to ensure those standards, the cooperage is working towards receiving ISO 9001 and HACCP certification in 2008.
