Red Wine - Tips for Colour Stabilisation & Structure
The difficult 2011 vintage will continue to affect wine quality & cause difficulty well into the year. Above average rainfall resulted in increased yield & a lot of rot - combined resulting in a proliferation of lightly coloured, 'thin', & possibly browning wines bearing little resemblence to the purple-hued, full bodied, reds that have been taken for granted after 10 years of drought!
