BOTTLING/ LABELING LINES FOR SALE
A Proven Performer.
Premium Estate Bottlers is offering the following bottling line and labeling line for sale either together or will separate. These units are fully self - contained only needing power and water to begin bottling. They come equipped with their own sterilizing units, full list of instructions, training and an extensive range of spare parts. They can fill a wide range of bottles with 6 sets of change parts, for both cork and screwcap.
These lines will be delivered if required.

Equipment Capabilities
Bottling Unit - Brimarco Tandem Trailer
This unit provides facilities for:
• Manual unloading of bottles
• Internal bottle rinsing with filtered water
• Filling and corking / screwcapping using a 9/1 La Girondine filler-corker synchrofill machine.
This machine is capable of running at 1800 bottler per hour [150 doz p/hr] using a wide range of bottle types inc 375ml claret / 375 ml burgundy / 500 ml claret / 750 ml Riesling / Claret / Premium Claret / Burgundy / Premium Burgundy plus Magnum - Burgundy & Claret. For the purposes of calculating production run timing we suggest a daily output of 700 - 800 dozen bottles based on an 8 - hour bottling period. This figure may be increased up to 1000 dozen bottles per day if the changeovers are minimized and / or bottling hours are extended.
This line requires - Mains power supply = 2 x 240v 15 amp
- Water 1000 ltrs per day
- Staff x 5

Labeling Unit - Brimarco Tandem Trailer
This unit provides facilities for:
• Manual unloading of bottles
• Tin/Alloy/PVC capsuling of bottles
• 2-head labeling (if required)
• Manual carton filling
• Manual pallet stacking of finished product
This machine is also capable of running at 1800 bottler per hour [150 doz] using a wide range of bottle types inc 375ml claret / 375 ml burgundy / 500 ml claret / Riesling / Claret / Premium Claret / Burgundy / Premium Burgundy / Magnum - Burgundy & Claret.
