Gentle and complete processing for hand and machine picked fruit from Vaslin Bucher. The Delta series of destemmers are the fruit of long research and the assembly of innovations which aim to respect the grape.
- Round Stainless steel Cage with deep round punched and smoothed holes
- Paddles set for efficiency and gentleness (Rubber or stainless tips)
- The cage and the paddles rotate in the same direction with a slightly different speed; thereby gently removing berries from the stem
- Easily removable cage for cleaning ans access.
- Optional pre-draining hopper for maximising free-run and metered entry of fruit
- Available on Mobile wheels or fixed

The Delta E destemmers are matched with equivalent quality crushers (the F series) and hellicoidal rotor pump (the PM series)
