Delta Vistalis Optical Sorting -(NEW)
Optical sorting of grapes with Delta Vistalys
Automatic and accurate sorting With the Bucher Vaslin optic sorting device, the user can choose to preserve the healthy and whole berries only (without foreign bodies, vegetal elements and immature berries), or let through crushed berries or berries with peduncles.
Technical characteristics The Vistalys process is characterized by the management of the successive steps as described below: · The grapes are spread out on the table: upstream, a vibrating table as Delta TRV 20 is used in order to allow the draining of the de-stemmed grapes, the filling and the spreading out of the berries all over the surface of the Delta R2.
· The high-speed conveying of the grapes: the specificity of the Bucher Vaslin Delta R2 consists in using a conveying belt equipped with spikes judiciously distributed all over the surface so that stabilization of the analyzed materials is guaranteed.
· Controlled lighting: the technological choice of electroluminescent diodes ensures a continuous, steady and focused lighting. The recognized duration and low-energy consumption of electroluminescent diodes are additional assets.
· Images analysis and treatment: a linear colour video camera ensures the shot of the enlightened materials. Images are then analysed by a calculator especially developed for grape sorting.
· An automatic system of ejection to eliminate all undesirable materials: once images have been shot, every bits or elements defined as undesirable by the operator are ejected.
· Interface Man/Machinery: this interface allows the user to define his sorting criteria thanks to a list of pre-set, modifiable programs.
Maximum flow rate (T /h) : from 5 to 10 T/h - depending on the variety of vine and conditions of use.
